At The Storyteller’s Market, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

Eligibility:
Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To qualify, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom or digital products are non-refundable. Be sure to review product descriptions before completing your purchase.

Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo. We will assist you with the exchange process.

Process:
Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. Shipping costs for exchanges due to damage or defect will be covered by us.

Returns for Printify Drop Shipped Items

For items fulfilled via Printify, please note that returns must be processed through The Storyteller’s Market. We will coordinate with Printify to resolve any issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • Exchanges: We will cover shipping costs for exchanges involving defective or damaged items.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as custom orders or digital products, are non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos for damaged items (if applicable).
  3. Return Address: We will provide the appropriate return address based on whether the item is fulfilled directly or through Printify.
  4. Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method.
