We’re wrapping up Season 2 of The Storyteller’s Shelf. Authors and representatives are welcome to submit pitches for consideration for a paid guest interview, with a $250 fee paid by the author or representative if accepted. Email directors@thestorytellersshelfpodcast.com with a short introduction, relevant links, and your proposed discussion topic. We review submissions for fit and scheduling availability before offering a booking.

Guests we independently select and approach appear at no charge. We do not accept applications for this option.
Paid guest interviews — $250
Authors or representatives who pitch a guest to us pay a $250 fee if their submission is accepted. This fee covers interview production and promotion. Submitting a pitch does not guarantee acceptance.
- A full, edited interview on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
- Two social posts with guest and organization tags.
- One captioned clip for you to share.
We agree on interview length, social platforms, and timing before booking.
Paid interviews are labeled as sponsored in the recording, episode description, and promotional posts, with the payer identified. The fee covers production and promotion. It does not guarantee views, book sales, a positive review, or award recognition.

Book awards
Submissions for the 2026 Big Bang Notable Book Awards are closed. We’ll announce the winners in November.
Volunteering
Volunteer applications are closed, but you can still send us an idea for a volunteer writing or editorial project. Email us with “Volunteer Pitch” in the subject line, a short introduction, and your resume or work samples.
